Mhow: Shubham Solanki of Kelod village had been booked for fraud against many in the name of hiring cars by Kishanganj police on Monday. As per Kishanganj police, in his complaint, Vijay Malviya of Kodariya village had stated that Solanki had taken his Datsun car after assuring eleven thousand per month as rent of the car. He was neither paying him the rent nor was he ready to return the car. On this complaint, Solanki was picked up and in the interrogation, he has confessed doing same thing with 11 others also. Those complainants have also given their written complaints against Solanki.
In all 12 cases, Solanki took their cars on rent and then neither paid rent nor their cars. On this, a case under sections 406 and 420 of IPC and he was produced in the court on Monday. Court have given three days remand for recovery of those cars and the money he has taken by fraudulent means from people.
